Production Time: Our current custom candle production time is 5-10 business days. our candles are custom cut and created to order.

Shipping Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us. Shipping times vary depending on the time of year, but generally, it takes 3-5 business days for delivery after shipment.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship only within the USA through our website. However, for our international customers, please email your order to us through our Contact Page, and we will provide you with a custom shipping quote.

Expedited Shipping:

If you need your order expedited, please contact us, and we will arrange it for you at an additional fee.

Damaged Returns:

As our products are custom-made for each order, we do not usually offer returns. However, if your candles are damaged during shipping, please report the damage and send us pictures within seven (7) days of delivery. We will file a claim with the shipping company and issue a refund once the claim has been verified and refunded. We cannot process damage claims after seven days from the delivery date and, therefore, cannot refund purchases after this period. Please inspect your candles as soon as they are delivered.
