The shipping cost of your custom liquor candles varies upon the total cost. During the checkout process you can see the calculated shipping costs to your area.
Refunds and Exchanges:
In the event of a product arriving with damage, Liquor Wicks™ is happy to refund or replace your liquor candles within 3 days of delivery. Proof of damage in the form of photos must be provided, and we do ask that the damaged items are saved/stored briefly should the USPS request the broken items to document damage and fault.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause on your end, we do guarantee a refund on the product, or an even exchange as quickly as possible to get you a beautiful product that you may fully enjoy right away!
